The most beautiful and sweetest voice which I have been admiring with fantasy since my childhood.
In those days we used to
listen songs from tape-recorder. Whenever we give a blank audio cassette for
recording the Tamil movie songs to the music recording shops (MUSICALS), they often
fill the gap at the end of both the sides with English Music after recording
the songs in the order list. So once I had a chance to listen to an English
song while l was listening to Tamil songs. It was really catchy. I wished to
listen that song completely because they had just filled the gap. I went to that
shop and asked for the full song. The shopkeeper showed a pre-recorded cassette.
It’s “Take the heat off me” a music album of BoneyM.
BoneyM attracted me
towards English songs and Liz Mitchell’s voice made me to dream about becoming
a songwriter.
